By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.

Product photos and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly depending on screens or production batches.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

MIMILUME reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

MIMILUME reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, abusive activity, prior disputes, or incomplete information.

An order confirmation email is sent once payment has been successfully validated.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through payment providers available on Shopify.

Accepted payment methods may include:

7. Returns & Refunds

General Policy

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items may be considered final sale.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or the error is caused by MIMILUME, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

MIMILUME reserves the right to dispute any abusive chargeback claims and provide payment processors with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and customer communication records.

9. Limitation of Liability

MIMILUME shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of business, or damages resulting from the use of products sold on the website.

10. Force Majeure

MIMILUME shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the company is established.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
