At Mimilume, we take pride in every order we send out. Each camera is carefully checked before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned β and when that happens, we're here to make it right.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, processing begins within 1 to 2 business days.
Standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. During periods of high demand or limited stock, delivery may take up to 13 business days. If this applies to your order, you will be notified directly via email with an updated estimated delivery date. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Mimilume is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
We want to be transparent: Mimilume accepts returns only in specific circumstances. This policy exists to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Your item arrived visibly damaged or defective upon delivery. You received the wrong item due to an error on our part. There was a fulfillment error with your order that we are responsible for.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product's aesthetic once received, as all product details, photos, and specifications are clearly displayed on our website prior to purchase.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original condition. All original packaging, accessories, cables, SD card, and any included items must be present and intact. You must provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation number. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Items that show signs of use, have missing components, or are returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
30-DAY GUARANTEE
Selected products specifically marked as part of the Mimilume 30-Day Guarantee program at the time of purchase are eligible for an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. This extended period applies only to items explicitly advertised under this program and does not apply to the general product catalog unless stated otherwise.
All other return conditions remain the same.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted and Mimilume reserves the right to refuse them.
Please reach out to us at contact@mimilume.com with the following information:
Your full name as it appears on your order. Your order number. A clear and detailed description of the issue. High-quality photos or video footage showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item (required for damaged or wrong item claims).
Incomplete requests or requests submitted after the 14-day return window may not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each case individually and decline requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is the result of a Mimilume error (wrong item shipped, defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A valid tracking number must be provided to us once the item has been shipped back. Mimilume is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Returns sent without a tracking number or without prior approval will not be processed and may be refused upon arrival.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mimilume is not responsible for delays on the part of financial institutions.
If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with this policy, you will be notified and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mimilume.com β ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Providing photo or video evidence at the time of contact significantly speeds up the resolution process. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can help.
Mimilume reserves the right to request additional documentation or evidence in order to assess damage claims. Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product if eligible under this policy and place a new order separately at your convenience.
EUROPEAN UNION β 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at contact@mimilume.com within the 14-day window. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs in this case remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We kindly ask that you contact us directly at contact@mimilume.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through our support team. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a delay in resolution and could affect your ability to place future orders with Mimilume.
We are committed to resolving every concern with transparency and care. If you feel your issue has not been adequately addressed, we encourage you to escalate within our support channel before involving third parties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mimilume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item in question. Mimilume reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
