You may request a return if:

RETURN SHIPPING

If the issue is on our side (such as a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, return shipping is handled by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected (within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order whenever you’re ready.
